We hired Dallas Supreme Remodeling to complete a renovation in multiple areas of our home. The owner, Johnny, had a great vision for how to execute our vision and we were not disappointed with the results. We did a complete gut of our kitchen, all new tile floors throughout the house, master closet custom shelving, built-ins for our dining area, new fireplace, moved our laundry to the garage, and converted our garage into a living space. It has been 6 months since our projects were completed and we are so happy and loving our remodel! The owner was also fantastic about coming back to stand by his work. Great business. It depends on the scope, but full-house remodels often require you to move out for part or all of the project. We'll tell you up front and plan the phases around your household.
How is a whole-home renovation priced?
We provide a fixed-price quote covering the full scope of work after a detailed consultation and design phase.
How does payment work, and do you offer financing?
Every project starts with a deposit. The balance is split across project milestones, and a final payment is due after the final walkthrough, once you're satisfied with the finished work. Financing is available too, and we're continuing to add lending partners to offer better rates.
