Dallas, TX

Remodeling Dallas Homes, 1945 to the 1980s

Dallas is where we’re based, and we work most often in Lakewood, Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow. The homes we remodel there range from 1940s houses near White Rock Lake to ranch-style homes from the 1950s and traditional two-story homes from the 1980s. Older houses usually mean opening up closed-off kitchens and replacing original plumbing, wiring and HVAC while the walls are open. We handle every City of Dallas permit ourselves, and our permits are usually expedited, so the paperwork doesn’t hold up your schedule.
