We met Johnny of Dallas Supreme Remodeling when looking for a long-term rental while our house was being repaired from extensive water damage. We viewed a house that Johnny has remodeled and had for long term rental. We were impressed with the design choices and quality of work he had done in the house. We ended up hiring him to complete the remodel on our own rental property — kitchen and bathroom gut, wall/ceiling repair, painting, tile and carpet, plumbing, cabinets and countertops, plus outside sidewalk, drainage and fence repair. DSR did a spectacular job on the bar top and counter in this private lounge at the Addison airport. They finished the job quickly and affordably. I recommend this company and would hire them again without hesitation.
I highly recommend Dallas Supreme Remodeling for your home needs. We are located in Carrollton and had them remove our old plaster fireplace and put in a modern fireplace, add brick to the wall, hang the TV, refinish the floors (my absolute favorite of everything!) and take carpet off the stairs and make them wood. From start to finish, the whole process went smoothly. Dallas Supreme has refreshed and brightened my home.
We hired Dallas Supreme Remodeling to complete a renovation in multiple areas of our home. The owner, Johnny, had a great vision for how to execute our vision and we were not disappointed with the results. We did a complete gut of our kitchen, all new tile floors throughout the house, master closet custom shelving, built-ins for our dining area, new fireplace, moved our laundry to the garage, and converted our garage into a living space. Who handles the permits?
We do. We pull and manage the permits for your project ourselves, and we usually try to expedite them so your job isn't stuck waiting.

Every project is supervised by the owner from the first estimate through the final walkthrough. Day to day, you'll work with our team, so you always have a point of contact, and the owner stays involved behind the scenes.
What services do you offer?
DSR is a full home improvement company. We do kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, whole-home renovations, new construction, roofing, flooring, siding, windows and doors, painting, drywall and interior repairs, decks and patios, concrete, exterior and structural repairs, pool repairs, and plans, blueprints and engineering.
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on the size of the project and on things like permits and engineering. As a guide, a kitchen remodel typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, a bathroom 3 to 5 weeks, and a home addition anywhere from 2 to 8 months. We give you a realistic schedule with your estimate.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available, and we're continuing to add lending partners to offer better rates. Ask us about current options at your free estimate.
How does payment work?
Every project starts with a deposit. The balance is split across project milestones, and a final payment is due after the final walkthrough, once you're satisfied with the finished work.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All of our work is covered by a one-year limited warranty on workmanship and materials, which starts on the date we receive your full and final payment. The complete terms, including what the warranty does not cover, are written in your agreement.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We work with your insurance adjuster, and Dallas Supreme Remodeling also has its own insurance adjuster who oversees the claim details. Our adjuster checks for mismatched and missed items that insurance companies often overlook or miscalculate, so your claim reflects the full scope of the work. The insurer makes the final decision on any payout.
