Full kitchen remodel

Irving 75062 · Woodhaven / Northgate · single-family home · 2024

The old cabinets, countertops and flooring came out completely, and the cast iron drain lines were replaced with a new, up-to-code PVC drain system. Open walls were insulated and closed with new mold-resistant drywall. The popcorn ceilings in the kitchen, dining room and living room were scraped, patched and refinished with an orange-peel texture, and four 6″ recessed lights were added in the kitchen. The new kitchen has light gray raised-panel cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers, a quartz countertop with a stainless farmhouse sink and pull-down faucet, a gray tile backsplash, and new tile flooring that runs through the kitchen, dining area and laundry room.

A recent example was a kitchen remodel in the Woodhaven / Northgate area, where we replaced the cast iron plumbing, refinished the ceilings and added new cabinets, quartz counters and tile floors.
