How long does a home addition take?
Most additions take anywhere from 2 to 8 months, depending on size, permits and engineering. That includes design and permitting.
Can you convert my garage into a livable space or ADU?
Yes — garage conversions and ADUs are one of our most requested addition projects. We'll evaluate your garage's structure and local permitting requirements during your consultation.
Do home additions require permits?
Yes, nearly all home additions and ADU conversions require permits. We manage the permitting process for you.
Do we need to move out during an addition?
Sometimes. Larger projects, including additions, may require you to move out for part of the work. We'll tell you up front and plan around your household.
How does payment work, and do you offer financing?
Every project starts with a deposit. The balance is split across project milestones, and a final payment is due after the final walkthrough, once you're satisfied with the finished work. Financing is available too, and we're continuing to add lending partners to offer better rates.
