For a few years I worked as a locksmith, which meant I spent my days inside other people’s homes. Some were older houses that needed new locks. Others were brand-new builds, still smelling of fresh lumber. Every time I walked into a new build, I caught myself looking at everything except the lock: the framing, the tile, the finishes. I loved the craft of it, and I knew I was meant to build.

In June 2017 I started Dallas Supreme Remodeling. A colleague who knew I’d moved into construction sent me my first client, a full kitchen remodel in a large Dallas home. I was nervous. It was a big job in a beautiful house, and I wasn’t going to be the one who messed it up. I spent almost two months on it, mostly on my own with a few subcontractors I trusted. When it was done and it was right, I walked out proud, because I had started what I’d dreamed of.

That job taught me what still guides us today: be picky about the details, and be just as picky about the subcontractors and skilled tradespeople we bring onto your project. Today we’ve completed hundreds of projects across DFW, and we’ve grown into a full home improvement company.
