Full kitchen remodel

Trophy Club · 2010 two-story home · 2025 · 6–8 weeks

Walls and post columns between the kitchen, pantry and bar were opened up, and a new island (about 5′ x 8′) with seating went in. New bay and picture windows in the breakfast area, with plumbing, gas, electrical and HVAC rerouted. Shaker cabinets, quartz counters, tile floors and backsplash, and brick infill where the old window openings were. We also built a new walk-in pantry with custom shelving and a beverage bar with a wine fridge.

Trophy Club is a small, master-planned community built around its golf course. Most homes here are newer, so our work tends to be about layout and finishes: opening a closed-off kitchen, adding windows and light, or upgrading cabinets, counters and flooring. One recent example was a kitchen remodel in a two-story home built in 2010, where we opened the walls between the kitchen, pantry and bar. We handle the permits, and our permits are usually expedited.
